What does it mean to Scramble-4-Peace.com? 

It means you want to play just a little bit of golf with your friends each & every week, so that you can learn how to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God, just a little bit better, each & every day. (And then, write it all off as an educational business expense, if you are so inclined.)

It means you want to use all that you are, and all that you have to do all that you can to help all of your Neighbors, especially the people who need your help the most, all of the time. 

It also means you know that you will never be perfect at getting this done, and that you cannot deliver it all on your own, so you will always be on the lookout for others of like mind — and like heart — to join you in your labors of love on your quest to conquer this Earth by Grace. 

It means you do this not only at your day job, but also that you progressively & sustainably make this a part of your personal life, your love life, your family life, your life of faith, and the life you live on the public square with all the charity you can muster into being.

It means you don’t vote against yourself by voting for those who don’t share your heart for helping as many people as you possibly can, and so you neither support, nor follow those who only have a heart for hurting others with the FUDS of OPML, so that they can help only themselves when they make others lose. 

It means you don’t sport symbols of hate on your person, your house, or anything you own, you keep your speech equally clear of hurtful language, and you never, ever own, or carry implements for destroying lives (aka guns, and other weapons), unless you are called to be a member of the public, sworn-to-duty, peacekeeping militia, because as someone who has the heart of servant-leader, you only carry arms to protect others, and you never need to fear the intent of another, not even at the moment of you own untimely, and unjust death, should that be the result.

It means you are not an arsonist-firefighter who starts fires only to look like a hero for rushing in, and putting out flames that never, ever should have been kindled in the first place.

It means you want to be The Refreshing ICED-T that YOU were Always Meant to be.

It means you want to be able to be The Most Refreshing ICED-T that YOU can Possibly be.

It means you want to be able to deliver maximum IMPACT for good purpose on this World by contributing your maximum self — all of the time, talent & treasure you possibly can — and then you look for ways to improve the way you do things with Kaizen, the Art of Not Doing What Needs Not Be Done, so that you can make an even bigger CONTRIBUTION the next time around. 

It means you want to engage yourself toward the most delightful outcome you can, and then invite everyone you meet to do the same until you all get to the point of maximum ENGAGEMENT — and then you all look at the DATA that demonstrates your true progress toward beautiful purpose, and Good outcomes, so that you can find even more excellent ways to work together for Peace in our time, all the time. 

It means you always remain DATA DRIVEN, because you engage neither in logical fallacies, nor in the rhetoric thereof, not in any context, and not on any platform, because you know you must always Engage Inclusively, Communicate with Candor, and Lean into Innovation at all times, so that you can Deliver Results of Delight in which even the least of your Neighbors can find value. 

It means you know in your collectively human heart-of-hearts that only the heart of a servant-leader will overcome the strain, and stress, and sorrow that is so real in every minute of every life of every person on the face of this Earth, because only the T-SHAPED PERSON that you are progressively becoming, and sustainably reinventing, each & every day, can reach out beyond the walls of our sorrows, and say, “Namaste, I see the Divine in YOU,” to the person next door, so that we each can become the bridge for all others that leads us all unto the glory of all our better, brighter tomorrows, and unto the best of all possible worlds. 

It means you know that only by defeating your natural instinct for pugilistic counter-punching by consciously disciplining yourself to take your fists away from your chest, and make your heart vulnerable, by reaching out to help yourself by helping others get to where they want to go in this life, will you be able to find the true you, and — in those moments of infinite clarity — to find your ultimate happiness of being truly you as you catch eternity in each & every one of these shared, Truly Human Moments you care to take, each & every one of these raindrops of Divine Baptism you dare to grasp. 

It means you understand that you need a coach, a set of helpful tools, and a team of people wrapped around you who feel the same way about the world that you do, so that you can burn evermore brightly together, just as the logs on a fire burn their brightest only when they are connected to each other in the Flames of Love. 

It means you know that playing a round or two of team-oriented golf together in a league each week with those who share your heart will help grease the skids, and keep the charitable wheels of Divine Delivery moving in your own local parish, in your very neighborhood, and in the most delightful way. 

And, ultimately, it means you are perfectly willing to put a few schillings in the till each week to keep the whole thing going (because you know that 10% of what you give will go straight to the parish where you live)...
